A: In order to comply with state liquor laws, our services do not include alcohol. The host will be responsible for obtaining all liquor for the event, however, we offer suggestions based on your menu, calculate amounts and provide you with a shopping list to make it easy as possible!
Q: Do you offer cash bars?
A: Our services are perfect for private events with open bars! At this time, we do not offer cash bars of any kind, if alcohol is being served.
Q: Are you Insured?
A: Yes! Happy Nomads is fully insured with both general and liquor liability. We are happy to provide documents to venues upon request, as well as add them on to our policy for the day.
Q: In what area do you provide service?
A: We are based out of Seneca, in SW Missouri, but dig that nomadic lifestyle and are willing to travel within a 2 hour radius! We will roam up to 40 miles for no extra fee. Over 40 miles, is $2.00/mile.
Q: What is your payment/cancellation policy?
A: All payments will be invoiced through Honeybook, via Square. Upon booking, a 50% of your total is required. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before your event date. Cancellations will not be refunded less than 31 days before the event. A cancellation 31 to 89 days before the event will incur a 50% charge and any made prior to 90 days before the event will incur a 25% charge.
Q: Do you provide services for events without alcohol?
A: Yes! We love all private events, alcohol or not! Let us set up an Italian soda bar, a fancy mocktail bar or a hot cocoa bar (just a few ideas, but the sky's the limit)!
